| Do you burn the tall candles in the glass jars? | | Like for instance the st jude candle do you burn them? If you do can you tell me why your burn them and what do you do with the candle once it is fully burned. I just burned two and I had about five a few months back. I don't remember if I tossed out the burned candle or not. I was told by a friend to burry the candle or keep it in a closet in my home. But,to never throw them out. I can't see myself storing all these candles. | |

| Has anyone ever bought soaps or candles online? | | Does anyone like home made soaps and candles? Have you ever seen expensive soaps and candles out there to buy? I have seen very high priced soaps and candles. You see I love home made soaps and candles so I taught myself how to make them. Now I have tons of them. I finally got a site to where I sell my own stuff and I don't mean at high prices. I have had people try my soap and they will not buy another bar of soap from a store again. Its called goat milk soap and its very good for the skin. Even for people that have sensitive skin. If you would like to know my web site just send me a message. You wont be disapointed. | |
| | Has anyone ever used soy candles? | | My wife's birthday is coming up and I'm trying to think of unique gift to give her. She really likes candles and has some in every room. She uses them when she takes a bath, when she does the dishes, and even when she watches TV sometimes. So I was trying to find some cool candles or something to get her, and I read something about soy candles, but I don't know anything about them.I know soy is kind of a new hippie food and that they make soy milk, soy burgers, and other stuff, but I didn't know they make soy candles ( http://www.candlemarketplace.com/ ). Can anyone tell me about soy candles? Are they supposed to be better than regular candles? Or are they for people who have allergies to normal candles or something? I mean, I'd like to get my wife something nice for her birthday, not just like regular tea light candles.Being a guy, I don't know much about candles.Thanks.

| Candles for peace. | | Hey I was just watching "My Name is Khan" the other day and I was just wondering why do people burn candles when people die? I was trying search about it as well and I was not able to find something concrete.Does any one have any idea why is it done so? | |
| | Do you have plenty of candles? | | I love to collect all types of candles! Wax candles, soy candles, and scented candles. My home is filled with them, and my favorite candle scents are apple pie, vanilla, pine, blueberry, strawberry, and sweet pea. I think candles are just a beautiful addition to any room in the house, and aromatherapy candles can also relax the soul while soaking in the tub. Just be careful to not set a fire or fall asleep while a candle is burning. What is your favorite candle scent? What is it about candles that you like?

| Do you like scented candles? | | I like scented candles a lot and I like to light them during evenings, especially weekends. The smell of the candle will take away all the bad odors and fill the whole house with a nice smell. I like to light them after I cook fish at house. My husband hates the smell of fish, but he likes to eat them. Lol.Now, I am collecting scented candles of different sizes and shapes. So, if anybody plans to give me a gift, a beautiful scented candle will be a perfect gift.Do you like scented candles?

| | Candles and Chemical Sensitivity | | I've always enjoyed colored candles and the look of candle light, but as I get older I find I cannot tolerate scented candles or most incense. It's not that I don't like the scents, but if I buy or I am given a new pillar candle I usually end up giving it to a friend or tossing it out because the chemicals in the fragrance make my eyes burn and sometimes make it hard to breathe.Have you had similar problems? If so, what kinds of scents do you find the most irritating?
