| Which is the greatest film ever made? | | I think it is the Titanic.
The film was produced by Cameron's Lightstorm Entertainment in conjunction with Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox. It is based on reality, though Cameron created several fictional characters, portrayed by Kate Winslet (Rose DeWitt Bukater) and Leonardo DiCaprio (Jack Dawson), who put flesh and blood on the skeleton of the story. She's a first class passenger, a socialite headed for a wedding in New York. He's an artist traveling home in steerage. They fall in love and seduce the audience. All of Cameron's films during the past 15 years have been ladened with innovative visual effects, including Terminator, Aliens, The Abyss, Terminator 2: Judgment Day and True Lies. All of them were fantasies, or in the case of True Lies, hyper-reality. The use of visual wizardry was blatant, like it was a character in the film.Titanic is different. Some 500 visual effects shots are skillfully weaved into the fabric of the story. They include starfields for night skies, wire removal for flying objects and falling people, simple two layer composites and about 160 "heavy duty" shots.Cameron said visual effects only had one purpose. He wanted the audience to see and...
| | Do you look at Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue? | | I know alot of men do and alot of girlfriends/wives hate when they do! I do know alot of women look at it and get motivate for the swimsuit season! I subsribe to Sports Illusrated but decided along time ago not to get the swimsuit issue. The last issue I got they had to naked women in the that issue and I thought the issue was going to turn into a Playboy issue! It hasn't but it doesn't stop Sports Illustrated from sawing models with out the tops on and being body painted. Even though i don't get this issue I do look at it if someone has the issue. It doesn't motive me and used to make me depressed. Now I'm just curious to see what is inside! | |

| | First singer/actress on Sports Illustrated | | Did you see Beyonce on the cover of Sports Illustrated?
What did you think? I thought she looked great!
Do you think that Sports Illustrated made a good choice by picking her to be the first singer on the cover?

| What the Hell is wrong with Sports Illustrated 2007 Swimsuit edition??? | | Well we just recieved SI and I'm wondering if they are targeting their sales to PEDOFILES....The majority of the girls look like highschool girls in bikini's...The oldest model being at the MOST 23yrs old I know that's a legal age for girls but they make the models look much much younger.... I just opened their website and went to the swimsuit section...ITS LIKE A PORN WEBSITE!!! It says 'Get started with Irina'....get started doing exactly what??? I may be exaggerating...or I might be the only one thinking about it in this way...Have any of you seen the magazine yet?? Beyonce is on the cover and I think she's the only decent model in it! | |
| | I don't know how international the Mr Men books are, do you know them? | | The Mr Men are a wonderful set of small paperback children's books that are really popular in the UK.
Do you get these in other countries?
If you haven't seen them I would certainly recommend that you try to get them - children just love to have these little books read to them, they are witty, easy to read and beautifully illustrated. There are so many to chose from - my kids loved Mr Tickle and Mr Bump the most.

| Will consider Parkour as sports? | | Parkour or free running is being popularized by David Belle founder of the modern parkour. If you are not familiar with this try to remember the James Bond Movie where in he chase a man who run and jumps like a monkey and even hang on the crane. I know there are more extreme sports like this or underground sports like skateboards, bmx, or blades but in this sports you wear safety gears compare to parkour you don't have any safe gears nor harness if you are going from one building to another. Yes! I mean it jumping from one building to another I've seen it on youtube some teens doing this for fun with out safety harness. Imagine if they fail and mis calculate their landing they maybe dead before they knew it. As I've seen from one of the sports illustrated news they parkour also know as free running is also called a modern sports for teenagers. But If you would ask me I won't consider this as sports, how about you will you consider it as sports? Some consider this as their hobby but if you have child will you allow him to have this kind of hobby? I suggest you watch this first to give you an idea. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1hi1y3lTiQ&feature=related | |
| | I'm so angry--the guy that crashed the plane in the Austin IRS building.. | | First of all, I am NOT an advocate of violent revolution. That usually turns into totalitarianism, Marxism or worse. But the media is missing the opportunity to highlight how frustrated we "normal" citizens are with how we are represented in our government. For almost a century, we have elected people that have promised us what we wanted but never delivered. In that time we have illustrated the definition of insanity, as Mr. Stack described in his suicide note--doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity. Now we are finally awakened and some of us realize that our government has been working for their own ends, not the nation's. What does that get us? NOTHING!!! Our representatives are still working only for their interests or Special Interest Lobbyists. It's time for a beat down!! Vote out the incumbents in 2010!!! I think Mr. Stack made some poor decisons and had some bad luck but that shouldn't ruin his life in this greatest nation on earth. Our tax codes are so oppressive and we should have a voice!!!![em]angry[/em]The media will probably turn this into an anti-Tea Party/Independent Party thing. But think..how long has it... | |
