I think I found out the trick to why it says that it will curve your appetite and why it works to help you control your fat intake.
Because you take the pill 3 times a day before each big meal and on it says that you should only consume a certain amount of fat for each meal and if you exceeds, oh boy get ready for a surprise. You will have oily and stink orange discharge from the wrong hole and it really does leave a mark on your underwear and can sip thru and stain your beds, chairs, clothes etc. It's very unpleasant, so once you figure that out, it will motivate you to not eat so much and too much fat intake:D
Other tricks that I have tried was the old fashion way, counting your calories. I use Sparkspeople.com daily, I log in everything I will eat before the meal to make sure I am sticking with my goal calories, carbs, and fat intake. Pretty simple and you can set a goal of how much calories you want to burn a week and such things like that:D pretty awesome.
