Talk about the magic in your life!| Witches around the world | | I was kinda curious how different are the witches from every country around the world, We are all familiar with those Fairy tale British and Germanic perceptions of witches which is an ugly old lady that rides a broom, has a pet black cat and green or blue face. The wicked witch has been a a fairy tale staple for a long time. We also have the White witches which were known to be kind and friendly witches. Trinidad and Tobago,Africa and Haiti have those powerful and feared voodoo witches and the healing Witch doctors. I also remember that Spain have the gypsy witches, I dont know what makes them different though. What are your knowledge about the witches in your country?
| | Do you believe in witches and wizards? are they among us? | | I think everyone has heard and knows the practice of witchcraft that existed and still exist in the contemporary world.Alester Crowley,(who has earned the name "the worst man on earth"),Madame Blavatsky (Russian origin, cosmopolitan, traveling from South America to Japan and Indonesia, Egypt, Greece and India, translating in 16 languages),Morgan Le Fey (was, according to legend, a witch who lived in a castle under the water, the sister of King Arthur ),Zsuzsanna (is the founder of the movement of female witches),are few from the celebrity in witches and Wizards.Spells are mentally, that the concentration of thought to the place or person you want to get in touch . When you think of a person is formed between you and that person a way to communicate, or rather a telepathic connection that if you stronger energy, than the person in question and you can induce that mentally you want. But if the person is more powerful than you and you shall do evil that person then she attack you it is not so great. You can ask and help but you must carefully ask who help-that if you address the need to stray... | |
| | needing witches brew | | Hello fellow coven members,Sadly I have fallen victim to an insidious disease, Winter Olympic zombie-itis. The TV networks have declared Prime Time to be sacred, therefore any broadcasts cannot start before 7 PM or end before 11 PM, and many end a lot later. What's a skating junkie to do? Stay up until 11, 11:30, 12, etc., wake up the next morning for work, and turn, slowly but surely, into a zombie.Any brew recipes or spells that you might be aware of that will help cure this dreaded disease would be most appreciated. Note: this condition is especially dangerous on figure skating nights.Thanks... | |
| | Do you believe in real wizards and witches??Do you believe in witchcraft? | | My opinion is witchcraft exists and only affects those who believe in it. If you believe God exists then while not believe witchcraft or an evil power also exists.
I belive in mind power, this really exist, and who can control others minds, have a real power of his minds. Only weak peoples can be controled.I am right?Do you really that magic exist and can influence our life?[em]confused[/em]
| | Good witches? | | Do you think there really is such a thing as good witches? I watch "Charmed" and "Harry Potter" movies,as well as read the books. It appears that they are all fictional witches fighting evil.I am christian but I think this is kinda' fun pretend. And I feel that it is no harm to the kids as long as they understand that it is pretend.[em]happy[/em]What do you think? Are they not harmful stories as long as they are understood as fictional? | |
| | Witches | | This is meant to be a light-hearted discussion. All unpleasantness and similar will be treated with the usual disrespect[em]cry[/em].Assume that you have someone in your neighbourhood who is a witch (or is considered to be so). What do you do with her?1. Medieval solution number 1 - put them on trial. In the Middle Ages in Europe this often meant putting them in the river and seeing if they floated. If they drowned, they were innocent, if they floated they were guilty, amd so on to 2.2. Medieval solution number 2 - burn her at the stake. As happened with Saint Joan of Arc, who at the age of 17 beat up on the English Army (accusing of her witchcraft sounds like another example of the English being sore losers[em]sad[/em] - see every major international soccer competition for the last 40 years). I have been to Donremy incidentally - it seems all about religion and nothing much to do with history or witchcraft.3. Modern solution number 1 - consult her. She might get a good professional fee.4. Modern solution number 2 - use her services. Turning your boss into a frog or toad or ...[em]w00t[/em] For example.5. Get her to go into politics - she might even become... | |
| | Do you believe in witches? | | I heard a lot about witches from our helper who lives in the mountainside. She said, they are real and they can do stuffs to other people by their wicthcrafts using smokes, fires, "magic words",..etc. I've seen witches in movies and I'm sure you have, too. What do you think? Are they real? Have you encounter them? | |
| | Do you belive in wictchcraft?in witches, in wizard? supranatural? | | I belive in the supernatural to an extent; I belive that there may be or have been people who have/had'powers'-generally explanaible by psychic prowerss, telepathy or telekinesis. That said, i don t think such thinmgs can be taught or learnd by reading a book. Alchemy and transmutation would be simple chemistry at work- a lot of it, such as turning coal into gold, is likely also a misconception. can i know your opinion? | |
